How we work with this client

This is the client who reaches out most. They usually come with one of three things: they just started and don't know how to set up the business, a customer asked for an invoice and they don't know how to send one, or they stopped filing a few months ago and are now afraid to find out what they owe.

Our fees are built for that size of business, with no fine print. And there's one rule: that month's questions are included. Nobody should avoid asking their accountant something out of fear of getting billed for the question.

We also teach you to invoice on your own. The idea isn't for you to depend on us to send an invoice on a Saturday night.
